Utility-Cargo-Dump Trailer Rentals

Here is the information and guidelines for renting trailers. 

Trailer Rental Guidelines

  • In order to be eligible to rent a trailer, you and any additional drivers must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You can reserve a trailer in advance by putting up half the price of the total rental. (minus security deposit) Please review our cancellation policy below before making a reservation in case you are unsure of departure or return dates.
  • A valid driver’s license must be provided for any persons intending on pulling travel trailers along with current insurance  on vehicle intended to pull rental unit.
  • A $400.00 refundable security deposit by credit card, debit card, or cash is required to rent trailers.
  • A 24 hour notice from intended rental date is required for vehicle inspections and paperwork processing.
  • There is a minimum cleaning fee of $85.
  • There is no minimum number of days required to rent our utility,cargo, dump trailers, or cooler/freezer however; we are not open on Saturdays or Sundays so please make arrangements to bring rental units back on the Monday or possibly Tuesday if it is a major holiday.
  • A pre-trip and post-trip inspection will be done as part of the rental process so please plan time for this when picking up and returning your rental.
  • Rental units must be returned during business hours, when employees are here to do the mandatory post trip inspection and take responsibility of the unit.
  • Leaving a rental unit on the premises unlocked, after hours or dropping off rental unit without notifying an employee that you have returned rental unit is strictly prohibited and can prevent you from getting your deposit refunded to you. Customers are fully responsible for the rental unit until a walkthrough has been done.


  • The customer is reposible for monitoring the temperature of the cooler/freezer.
  • Blanchard's Refrigeration has a technician on call to service the unit
  • If the system should stop operating correctly, it is the customer's responsibility to secure the products contatined in them.
